Rental Info
The rental price includes all staffing, use of the PA with a sound engineer, free parking for bands (space permitting) and inclusion in all Creepy Crawl advertising. We require a 50% deposit on all rentals plus a $100 damage deposit (fully refundable assuming your bands or the people working for you don't cause any damage). The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your show with less than three weeks of its scheduled date. You'll also need to understand and agree to the following.
The other half of your rent comes out of the door money. If for some reason that is short, i.e., your show blew, you will still be responsible for covering the difference.
You will be responsible for any damage your performers or anyone working for you causes to any stage gear, equipment, club facilities or fixtures.
You will be responsible for paying sales tax on your door charges. If you are a Missouri resident by law we will submit your name and address to the MO Dept of Revenue. For more info on your tax paying obligations click here.
You must give at least 3 weeks notice to the Creepy Crawl if you need to cancel your show. If you cancel with less than 3 weeks notice we reserve the right to keep your rent deposit (less the damage deposit).
The Show is yours to run but we reserve the right to enforce all our normal club rules. Some of the rules we will enforce are minor curfew, restricting access of under 21 patrons to under 21 areas of the club, no outside liquor allowed inside the club, PA is to be run or supervised by a Creepy Crawl sound engineer only, unruly or overly intoxicated customers may be ejected or not allowed in, no lewdness or nudity allowed by the performers etc..

A $2 MINOR SURCHARGE APPLIES TO ALL RENTALS.
* Late show rates are only available if there is a corresponding early show. If you want to run a show past curfew (11 PM Mon - Thurs, midnight on Fri & Sat.'s) the show must be restricted to 18+. Overage charges would apply for these shows. We reserve the right to end shows running late at curfew or make under 18 patrons exit the premises if a show is projected to run past curfew. Under no circumstances may shows run later than 1:15 AM.
